Investing with us

Zenith Green Energy sources, screens, evaluates and negotiates investments for its own account. It arranges the required debt finance and where necessary negotiates the construction contracts and the operations and maintenance contracts. Post investment, Zenith manages and monitors the investments. Zenith has no exit deadline, and may hold projects to maturity or exit when conditions are optimal, to maximize return on investment.

Zenith is pleased to invite investors to co-invest in its deals. Zenith does not charge transaction or management fees, but expects to share in the profits of its co-investors beyond an agreed hurdle rate.
