Investments and investment criteria

Zenith Green Energy invests in two types of projects:

We acquire grid-connected and operating solar energy (preferably photovoltaic, or PV) projects, preferably ranging in size between 5MWp and 10MWp. The projects can be ground mounted or on roof tops, and we are willing to acquire portfolios of roof-top projects if they have a combined capacity of at least 5MWp and are operated by the same O&M contractor.
We acquire or co-invest in fully developed and permitted solar energy (preferably photovoltaic, or PV) projects, preferably ranging in size between 5MWp and 10MWp, at financial closing. If debt finance has not been secured we can assist in arranging it.
